Fire up your appetite – this Argentine lunch is nothing short of a feast. Enjoy the sight, aroma and theatre of a whole lamb being flame-grilled over an open fire before helping yourself to meat straight off the bone. The team from Asado Argentino will lead the ‘parrilla’ – or grill – cooking South Australian lamb and beef ribs aplenty in the style of esteemed Argentine chef Francis Mallman. The meat will be paired with accompaniments sourced from the surrounding Adelaide Hills towns such as Piccadilly and Summertown, while wines from the region will also be served throughout the afternoon.
