The Daniel O'Connell opened its doors to celebrate Nose to Tail dining with a day of grazing, banter, accompanying libations and a special guest or three.

Fergus Henderson and Ian Curley dropped in to sit at the bar and debate the virtues of the Nose to Tail style, while Chef Phil Whitmarsh banged out a delicious array of dishes throughout the day.
