The Daniel O'Connell is opening its doors to celebrate Nose to Tail dining with a day of grazing, banter, accompanying libations and a special guest or three.

Fergus Henderson and Ian Curley will drop in to sit at the bar and debate the virtues of the style while Chef Phil Whitmarsh bangs out a delicious array of dishes throughout the day.

Dishes from $15 or a five course adventure for $50.
