The former executive chef of Hilton Adelaide, and protégé of The Grange legend Cheong Liew, Bryant has worked in kitchens around the country, and the world, for more than two decades. Bryant cut his teeth in Melbourne’s emerging Asian food scene in the 90s before venturing to Malaysia, Singapore, Japan and China. He found widespread Australian public support as a television presenter alongside the esteemed Maggie Beer for 150 episodes of The Cook and The Chef.
He is a highly-respected industry leader who lives by example, passionately promoting the value in sharing good, simple food and supporting local producers.
