Weber Grill Academy is welcoming former Hentley Farm executive chef Clare Falzon as host of this very special culinary experience. Treat yourself to a variety of seasonal and South Australian produce – and of course some delicious elements kissed by fire and flame on Weber barbecues.

 The Friday dinner and Saturday lunch experiences include presentations from both Falzon and the Grill Specialists from the Weber Grill Academy. Presenters will cook a selection of canapés on the balcony, followed by a seated main course and dessert in the dining room paired with a beverage for each course.

Proud to now call South Australia home, Clare Falzon passionately champions some of the state’s best and respected producers and treats their produce with the upmost respect to create an experience in which ingredients shine in their own light, and leaves guests with an unforgettable memory. 

MENU –

Canapes served on the balcony

  • Sweet corn ribs with Szechuan and pecorino (GF)
  • Sumac grilled prawns and watermelon (GF, DF)
  • Crackling roast pork sandwich

Main course

  • Smoked Tommy Ruffs with chermoula (GF, DF)
  • Reverse-seared ribeye with chimichurri and grilled peppers (GF, DF)
  • Grilled baby cos, with white anchovy and crispy panko  
  • Barbecue roasted potatoes with charred lemon (GF, DF) 

Dessert

  • Charred orange parfait, with toasted almond and dark chocolate 
    (GF, V)
