New Adelaide dining destination Sora will welcome the Bali-based Mason for a very special six-course dinner. Expect the best South Australian produce, two chefs at the top of their game and entertainment from local DJs.

Mason restaurants, found in Canggu and Uluwatu, are widely seen as some of Bali’s best dining experiences and have been featured in Conde Nast Traveller, Vogue Travel, delicious. and more. 

This exclusive Tasting Australia collaboration will see Mason group chef Benjamin Cross join Sora executive chef Adam Liston to provide a feast of Balinese-Mediterranean delights fused with Sora’s signature flair.

A bespoke matched beverage selection will accompany the six courses, with cocktails designed by Mason general manager, mixologist and sommelier Marcus Boyle.
