In 2017 Tasting Australia welcomes the debut of its Town Square restaurant, Glasshouse Kitchen, where guest and local chefs will work side-by-side and to create unique menus starring local produce.
Its glass façade will allow passers by the chance to take a peek at what’s on the menu each evening, while guests inside will be able to soak up the iconic surroundings of Adelaide Town Hall, Adelaide Post Office and the enchanting Victoria Square.
Set up for service every night of the Tasting Australia festival, the Glasshouse Kitchen will welcome some of the biggest names of the world’s culinary alumni right now.
Joining the lineup is industry trailblazer Marco Pierre White and the unassuming powerhouse from Slovenia, Ana Ros - the World’s Best Female Chef for 2017.
