(SBS), Good Food Kitchen (Nine) and Destination Flavour (SBS). Formerly a columnist for The Wall Street Journal: Scene Asia, he now writes for The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age and Sunday Life magazine. Liaw is the best-selling author of nine cookbooks and has a social media following of more than 1.2 million across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
