Anais Gschwind has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She relocated to Adelaide in 2022 to assume the role of venue manager at Leigh Street Wine Room and to continue pursuing a life centered around food and wine.

Prior to this, she resided in the Northern Rivers, where she served as a restaurant manager and training coordinator at Elements of Byron. Throughout her career, she has also been involved in various agricultural projects, including the cultivation of organic vegetables, pastured poultry, and support for young farmers' organizations.

Most recently, Gschwind has focused on sharing her passion for the hospitality industry through education and writing.
