Bridget Raffal is a restaurant and wine consultant, sommelier and wine judge with more than 15 years of experience. 

She is the current vice president of Sommelier’s Australia, and in 2021 co-founded Women and Revolution: a charity based on Gadigal Land in Sydney, working to overcome the barriers to gender equality in the wine world.  

A two-time winner of the Sommelier’s Choice Award, Raffal was formerly head sommelier of Sixpenny, where she helped to secure the venue’s highly coveted third hat. In 2023 she was also named sommelier of the year by the Good Food Guide.  

Raffal now owns and operates Where’s Nick Wine Bar in Marrickville, Sydney.
