Passionate about supporting local food producers, Jessie Spiby takes pleasure in observing the diverse array of colour and beauty found in nature in her cooking. She celebrates modern-day Australia by melding cultures and cooking techniques with beautiful seasonal ingredients to create vibrant and colourful menus for both Good Company Catering and waste-conscious cafe My Grandma Ben in Bowden. 

Spiby and cafe co-owner Taylor Peplow Ball continue to host seasonal preserving, pickling and fermenting workshops at My Grandma Ben, and you'll often find them cooking all around Adelaide in their catering business Good Company Catering.
