Scoffed brings indigenous cooking classes to its kitchen with world-renowned native food specialist, Andrew Fielke. Learn how to use unique and nutritious, native ingredients and local produce such as wattle seed, lemon myrtle, samphire, old man saltbush and much more. This is a hands-on experience, using the best from our own backyard over five wonderful courses. Each dish is carefully matched with South Australian wines – this is a real Aussie feast!
